About the group

An operator-led holding company, built for the long term.

DA Beauty Group is a privately held international holding company. We acquire, build, and operate businesses across technology, industry, agriculture, real estate, consulting, and consumer brands — with patient capital and the discipline of people who have actually run the businesses they invest in.

Founder story

The group began in 2014 with a single industrial operation and a conviction shared by its founder: that the best businesses are built by people who plan to still own them in thirty years.

From that first plant, the group grew sector by sector — each new platform chosen because it deepened a moat we already had, anchored demand for one of our existing businesses, or earned a place at the table on its own merit.

Today DA Beauty Group operates across eight sectors and four countries, with the same family control, the same operating philosophy, and the same horizon it was founded on.

Vision

To be a generational holding company — one whose businesses still matter to their customers, communities, and shareholders a century from now.

Mission

To build and operate sustainable businesses across strategic sectors, compounding capital and capability through disciplined ownership.

Core values

What guides every decision at every level of the group.

Long-horizon capital

We underwrite to decades, not quarters. Our default hold period is twenty-five years.

Operator discipline

Strategy is only credible when paired with execution. Our partners have run plants, P&Ls, and ministry programs.

Vertical integration

We own the inputs that protect quality and margin — raw materials, water, talent, and distribution.

Quiet ambition

We build for substance, not show. Our reputation is made by what we deliver, not by what we announce.

Stewardship

We treat the land, the water, the people, and the capital we manage as held in trust for the next generation.

Independence

Family-controlled ownership lets us reject pressure to optimize short-term metrics at the expense of the business.

Corporate governance

Independent oversight. Family stewardship.

The group is governed by a board comprising the founding family, executive leadership, and independent directors drawn from industry, finance, and public service.

An independent Audit & Risk Committee oversees financial reporting, internal controls, and enterprise risk. A Sustainability Committee reviews ESG performance against published commitments. A Nomination & Remuneration Committee oversees succession and executive compensation.

Each operating company has its own board, accountable for strategy and performance against group standards.
